INGREDIENTS
2 cups of mix vegetables cooked finely chopped
1 diced medium onion
1 diced tomato
2 eggs
2 tbsp of milk
2 tbsp of flour
pinch of parsley
pinch of black pepper
Pinch of Salt
oil

Method

  1. Take your eggs and crack them and put the yolks in a bowl- beat the white eggs until stiff with a mixer
  2. put all your mix vegetable in a bowl , add the onion , tomato,
  3. season to taste with salt add the yolks,milk , mixed all , add the flour slowly
  4. then add the white eggs mix all
  5. bring your pan to a high heat and add the oil .Pour in your your mixture and cook on a high heat for 2 mins, making sure that the mixture is spread out evenly. reduce the heat.
  6. .cook the tortilla for both sides
  7. slide the tortilla in a plate then  serve with bread or with white rice as your prefer.
SERVING for 3-4 PEOPLE
