Marinade:
Mix the rumba sauce into any meat for at least 15 minutes (for best taste 1 hour) then roast or grill.
Dipping Sauce:
Mix 1 teaspoon of rumba sauce and 2 teaspoons of yogurt or mayonnaise.
Quick Rumba Rice:
Add into a pan 4 teaspoons of Rumba sauce, ½ cup of red pepper, ½ cup of peas, ½ cup of sweetcorn, and add 2 cups of white rice. 3cups of water.add a dash of coriender
Then boil the rice and turn the heat down, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
When everything is done, enjoy your Rumba Rice!
